The Blue Man is an interactive painting project that I created for Pierce Cedillo's Multitudes of Masculinity exhibition in March, 2025. It has been an incredibly exciting process to bridge my traditional art background with the digital realm and create a piece that reveals itself to you depending on your willingness to engage.
Heavily inspired by the color of new bedsheets, I had never really connected deeply with the color blue until this project. & Though I was heavily influenced by the masculine figures in my life, my hope is that viewers see this project as a humorous and introspective exploration of masculinity, humanity, and the private made public.

The piece was also displayed at the 2025 AET showcase at the University of Texas.
